The theatre of Nîmes

It’s the building on the right. I’ve actually never been inside, as I always miss buying the tickets for the shows of the flamenco festival held in February. Of course there are also theatre plays etc., but it’s the flamenco I want to see. If I make a note now, might I remember to buy the tickets early enough next year? When was it again, when they come for sale?

(The original theatre of Nîmes, by the way, was in the place where nowadays the Carré d’Art stands, but it burned down in the 50’s. The rumour goes, that it was set in fire by a mother, whose son wasn’t given the part he’d want. Now is this true or not, I have no idea, but as a story it’s quite a good one!)
